Allocation of several pixels requires several entries.
The validity of any entry never runs out of time.
Pixel-Partisan.de guarantees a minimum running time of three years.
Images or colors cannot be added to the pixels.

The editorial examination and release will be done after Pixel-Partisan has received the handling fee.
Entries of which Pixel-Partisan has not received any payment will be deleted automatically.
If Pixel-Partisan.de has to reject a registration due to the exclusion criteria specified on term 5 (a,b,c), there will be no return of the handling fee.

Every entry can be changed at any time.
For the editorial examination and release of the changes, Pixel-Partisan.de charges an additional fee of 5 Euro.

Websites distributing the following contents will not be listed on One-Million-Homepages.com:
a. racist, discriminating or politically extremist contents,
b. contents offending valid law,
c. services offending valid law.
Concerning any changes, the customer is obliged not to link with sites of the above mentioned excluded contents.

Pixel-Partisan.de is not responsible for any general disturbances in the internet.

Pixel-Partisan.de will delete any entry of which the linked contents offends the above published rules or if the registered URL is not accessible for longer than 14 days.

The customerīs personal data will be stored electronically by Pixel-Partisan.de.
It will be confidentially treated and not passed on to any third person.
